Patrons are invited to compose their own tasting plate by choosing any 3 items from the meat and cheese menus, as well as 3 condiments to accompany their selections. Our selections are updated regularly, featuring seasonal specialties from local producers such as, Moonstruck Cheese Co., Natural Pastures, Moccias, and Oyama Suasage Company.
